Parents and Students,

Thank you for your cooperation during these times.  Below is important information for the week of March 16.

1. Lunches

1. The school district will provide free grab-and-go lunches to all students from March 16-19. The following pickup points will be utilized from 12:00pm-12:30pm (Mountain Time).  This will be on a drive-up basis in the parking lot of your bus route.  If you live in town, you may pick up the grab-and-go lunches at door E1 of the school.

• Whitehorse Community Center (Parking Lot)
• Isabel Community Center (Parking Lot)
• In front of Timber Lake Main Office (Door E-1)
• Trail City Community Center (Parking Lot)
• O’Leary’s bus stop

2. Timber Lake School District will continue to meet the learning needs of students during this extended closure.

1. Tuesday, March 17, 2020 we will have homework drop-off and the grab-and-go lunch distribution at the same location and time.
2. Thursday, March 19, 2020 we request that students return all completed homework when they pick-up their lunch and additional homework that is assigned for the weekend.
3. Students who receive Special Education Services will continue to be provided with accommodations and supports.  Special Education staff will check in with parents/students on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are being met.
